2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these straightforward options for US orders:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
  • Free Shipping (standard delivery): 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for the free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your bag! Enjoy a 30-day return window for unused items in original condition and packaging (tags attached). Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Return shipping is typically your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. 6. How do I choose the right bag size or style?
